The little leprechauns

And, just like a leprechaun, these two little squirts are really naughty. They've gotten in trouble the last couple of days at school for playing around, not listening, breaking a marker, rolling on the carpet, ETC. at preschool. I know I should follow through with some consequences at home-- but mostly I'm just so glad that he has a best friend and that he's getting some good male bonding in!

Banana's 7th

Yea!! Anamarie turned 7 on February 28th, so we had a huge, fun party for her. We took 12 of her friends to Happy Nails where they got manicures and pedicures. Then, we tried our best (unsuccessfully) to dodge the hailstorm as we walked across the parking lot to Sammy's for pizza and cake. The girls had a BLAST and Anamarie loved doing such girly stuff. I love you Anabanana!!

This is what surfing too much and forgetting sunscreen will make you look like in February! ;)

The Next Michael Jordan?

No, probably not. But we are hoping that once he gets a little meat on his scrawny arms he might be able to throw the basketball up as high as the hoop!! Alex's fun two months of his little basketball league are over, and we'll soon be starting the next sport for him. I wanted to share some of his cute pictures, though.

Timed perfectly. Can you see his shot actually IN the hoop? The only basket he ever made, done underhand/granny style, during halftime.

Look at how he (and all the other boys on his team) have their arms up when on offense and defense-- it doesn't matter what position he's playing, that guy is continually in blocking mode!
